Location: next to the Mercat Nou metro station (line 1), at the Sants neighborhood. Also easy access to the UPC using the V3 bus line. It's a nice and safe area to live in, full of shops and supermarkets.

Price: 375 euros/month, including charges for electricity, water, gas, wi-fi internet connection (10 MB), digital TV and cleaning service of common parts (once a week).

The room has a bed (with bedding), a big wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a study lamp, a private TV, some bookshelves and a window with sun-light the whole day. It's also provided with:

- Air conditioning.
- Heating.
- High speed wireless internet connection (10 MB).
- Private key to leave the door of the room closed.

The flat has: entrance-hall, living-room, 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms, corridor, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony. Everything has been recently renovated and completely furnished.
